すぐに取り掛かるところができるところからスタート

昨日のブログで紹介したビジネス書から早速一つを選び、実践してみました。

それは、

「Tips 03 添付ファイルは本文を書く前に」

です。

メールではそれほど頻度は高くないのですが、社内グループウェアのメッセージを送信するときに添付ファイルをつけ忘れることが、しばしばありました。

考えてみれば、本文を書く前に先に送るファイルを添付しておけば、付け忘れることはなくなります。

簡単なことであれば、あるほどきづかないでいることが何と多いことか、と驚くとともに、確実にミスを無くす手段を一つ手に入れられたと思うのでした。

The tip is "Tips 3 To accompany attached files before writing text"

When writing emails, there is not so a great frequency of forgetting to attach files to texts, however in cases that I used message on groupware at our office, I often forget to do that, 

Come to think about it, it will be solved the mistake to forget to accompany files to text before writing them .

I was supprised that the easier it is, the oftener I do not notice, at the same time I thought I got one of  methods that surely prevent mistakes.
